NWREIAs is a chapter of the National Real Estate Investors Association (National REIA). NWREIAs membership is free, and it connects you to the National REIA benefits package. Join NWREIAs first, then enroll in each benefit exactly as National REIA instructs so your membership is credited through NWREIAs. National REIA tracks member enrollment, and NWREIAs earns support when you enroll the official NREIA way. For Home Depot, that means adding the NREIA agreement in your Pro Xtra account and registering your payment cards. Terms are set by National REIA and each provider and may change.

How it works: join NWREIAs free, then follow the Home Depot guide in the members area. You'll create a Pro Xtra account, enter the National REIA agreement code, and request Gold status. Members get step-by-step enrollment in the NWREIAs Benefits Toolkit.
